Production of mushrooms starts with loading the compost with cover to the production hall. The production hall is a special room prepared exclusively for mushroom production. The manufacturing processes are strictly controlled by a computer system designed specifically for this type of production. After loading the hall a technologist performs a series of inspection activities, i.e. checking the temperature the compost, checking the moisture content of compost cover, checking the humidity, the control of structure of the compost pile.
