After cooling the boxes are arranged on a pallet, ready to be dispatched. Each assortment is arranged separately. We are trying to dispatch the mushrooms on the same day in which they were collected, no later than the next day by noon. Above all we want that the mushrooms find their way to the customer as soon as possible.
Mushrooms are loaded on the car directly from the cold storage by a loading ramp.
